Thinking about listing your home or buying?

If you are thinking about buying or listing your home in 2013, now is the time! That is right...don't wait for the fall or even next year. 1.  Rates are still low, although they have already increased slightly and the consensus is that they will continue to climb over the next year. Buyers can purchase higher price point homes now than they could if rates were to increase. 2.  Home values have started to increase slightly across Central Indiana and over the next six months one would expect to see even more increases in pricing.  3. Inventory is also shrinking due to more buyers being ready to purchase now than last year at this time.  Don't wait until even more buyers enter the market and discover how much home they get for their money. We might not have buying power and availability like this again for a very long time. Now is the time to sell or buy!
