If you are trying to sell your home you need to make sure you do the little things that prevent from distracting the potential buyer. One of the most common cleaning issues we see in our market are homes with clogged and dusty cold air returns! Just vacuum the cold air returns and vents one time before your home goes on the market and they shouldn't need another cleaning until after the home is sold!!!
