What is Midtown in Indianapolis?

This is a great video that talks about Midtown Indianapolis.  We estimate that the area comprises about 50,000 people, roughly 21,000 homes, many of which are nearly 60-100 years old.

Our understanding of their goal is that they would like to connect many neighborhoods, shopping, education, the arts, re-develop, and add infrastructure to attract more people to the Indianapolis area.  The area consists of such neighborhoods and locations as the following:  Ivy Tech College, Broad Ripple, Butler University, Monon Trail, Meridian - Kessler, Butler-Tarkington, and many others.
